Workforce

Businesses need a talented workforce. Workers need the right skills to compete for available jobs. The Talent Investment Agency, in collaboration with the Center for Educational Performance and Information, have created a suite of statewide workforce reports that show relationships between education level and wages in Michigan.

  • Median Wages by Educational Attainment shows median annual wages for students one and five years after completing their highest level of education. The report also shows the number of employed completers whose wages are being summarized.
  • Entry Level Wages Over Time shows the trend of median annual wages for students one year after completing various education levels. The report also shows the number of employed completers whose wages are being summarized.
  • Median Wages by Field of Study shows the median annual wages for students who earned a postsecondary certificate or degree in a field of study after one and five years of earning their certificates or degrees. The report also shows the number of employed completers whose wages are being summarized.
  • Median Annual Wages by Educational Attainment and High School CTE Status shows median annual wages for students one year after completing their highest level of education and their high school career and technical education (CTE) status. The report also shows the number of employed completers by high school CTE status whose wages are being summarized.
